That Journal Entry is incorporated by reference in this Decision and Judgment. The Journal Entry went on to call upon the Fallows to contact the court and pursue their appeal. The Journal Entry told of the consequences should they fail to do so. To date, the court has not heard from the Fallows. This appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
