No. 001104C DECISION This matter is before the court on the agreement of the parties. The agreement fully resolves the issues presented by the appeal. Now, therefore; IT IS THE DECISION OF THE COURT that the farm use special assessment designation for the 2000-2001 tax year be reinstated for the subject property, identified in the Jackson County Assessor s records as Account No. 1-009619-3. IT IS FURTHER DECIDED that the county correct the assessment and tax rolls to reflect the above values and otherwise proceed administratively to implement this decision. Any refund due as a result of this correction is to be promptly paid with statutory interest pursuant to ORS 311.806 and 311.812.
