MALHEUR COUNTY ASSESSOR,

No. 001144B
DECISION OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the court on its own motion to dismiss plaintiffs' Complaint for
failure to pay the statutory filing fee.
The court received from plaintiffs an appeal without the required filing fee. The court
sent plaintiffs a letter on November 13, 2000, requesting that the fee be paid. The letter
advised plaintiffs that if the fee was not paid, the court would dismiss the case. The court
has yet to receive the filing fee. Now, therefore;
IT IS THE DECISION OF THE COURT that the Complaint in the above-entitled
matter be dismissed.
Dated this ____ day of December, 2000.
