No. 001144B DECISION OF DISMISSAL This matter is before the court on its own motion to dismiss plaintiffs' Complaint for failure to pay the statutory filing fee. The court received from plaintiffs an appeal without the required filing fee. The court sent plaintiffs a letter on November 13, 2000, requesting that the fee be paid. The letter advised plaintiffs that if the fee was not paid, the court would dismiss the case. The court has yet to receive the filing fee.
