He asserts that the trial court 4 erred in concluding that he is a danger to others because of a mental disorder. See ORS 5 426.005(1)(e). The state concedes that the evidence is legally insufficient to support the 6 court's determination. We agree and accept the state's concession. 7 Reversed. 1
