Order for Administrative Suspension of Certified and Licensed Shorthand Reporters

On the 10th day of April, 2008, the Oklahoma Board of Examiners of Official Shorthand Reporters has recommended to the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma the suspension of the court reporter's license or certificate of each of the persons listed below.

These persons have failed to file a report of their continuing education for calendar year 2007 on or before February 15, 2008. Pursuant to 20 O.S., Chapter 20, App. 2, Rule 4, the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma hereby administratively suspends the license or certificate of each of the individuals named below:

Julia Brown

Billie McCabe

Melvin Power

Christine O'Brien

Lisa Sparks

Catherine Goins

Katherine Powell

The suspension is effective on the date of this order:
