¶4 The opinion of this Court in Cause No. S.C.B.D 4166, 1997 OK 64, and reported at State ex rel. Oklahoma Bar Association v. Patmon, 939 P.2d 1155 shall be corrected by the following:

On the top of the first page of the opinion the Oklahoma Supreme Court citation number "1997 OK 64" shall be added to the opinion.

¶5 The opinion of this Court in Cause Nos. 81,356 and 81,655, 1997 OK 60, and reported at Cary By And Through Cary v. Oneok, Inc., 940 P.2d 201 shall be corrected by the following:

¶6 The opinion of this Court in Cause No. 86,486, 1997 OK 68, and reported at Sullivant v. City of Oklahoma City, 940 P.2d 220 shall be corrected by the following:
