¶0 Appeal and Error--Reversal upon Confession of Error.
Where the plaintiffs in error have filed briefs in a cause appealed to this court and the authorities cited therein seem to support the proposition relied upon, and the defendants in error have filed confession of error the judgment of the trial court may be reversed.

Error from District Court, McIntosh County; Carl W. Gust, Special Judge.

Action between William Warrior et al. and R. S. Savery. From the judgment of the trial court the former appeal; the latter files cross-appeal. Cross-petition dismissed by defendant in error, and upon his confession of error, judgment of the trial court reversed.
