Syllabus

ΒΆ0 1. Appeal and Error--Appeal, not Perfected Within Statutory Time, Dismissed. Where an appeal is not perfected in this court within the time provided by statute, this court is without jurisdiction to review the same, and the attempted appeal will be dismissed.
2. Appeal and Error--Record--Absence of Judgment--Dismissal. A record, which fails to contain a copy of the final order or judgment sought to be reviewed, and in which it is not made to appear that the same is of record in the trial court, presents no question to this court for its determination, and the appeal will be dismissed.
