State v. Gunderson
No. 20100050
Per Curiam.
[1] Melford Gunderson appeals an amended order deferring imposition of sentence, requiring him to pay restitution of $15,194.60. Gunderson argues the district court erred in the amount of restitution it ordered. We conclude the district court did not abuse its discretion and summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
