Per Curiam.

[¶1] Scott T. Boyle appeals the criminal judgment entered after the district court found him guilty of operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance. He argues there was not sufficient evidence to convict him. Concluding there was sufficient evidence to support the conviction, we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
