Interest of K.S.Nos. 20050397 & 20050398

Per Curiam.

[¶1] T.S. appeals from an order terminating her parental rights to K.S. and R.P., alleging there was no clear and convincing evidence that the causes of deprivation of the children were likely to continue or that there would be substantial harm to the children if termination were not ordered. She also argues a guardianship would best serve K.S. and R.P.'s interests and reasonable efforts were not made to unify her family.

[¶2] T.S. also appeals from an order establishing a guardianship for B.P., alleging it was unnecessary.

[¶3] We conclude the juvenile court's findings of fact supporting the orders are not clearly erroneous and summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
