City of Lisbon v. Dahl
No. 20050388

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Gregory Lynn Dahl appeals from a criminal judgment for driving under the influence of liquor or drugs. The judgment was entered following his entry of a conditional guilty plea, in which he preserved his right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion to suppress.

[¶2] We conclude the district court's denial of the suppression motion was not error and was supported by the holdings in Mead v. N.D. Dept. of Transp., 1998 ND App 2, 581 N.W.2d 145, and State v. Graven, 530 N.W.2d 328 (N.D. 1995). We therefore summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(7).
