State v. Ruud
No. 20050314

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Thomas Ruud appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after the district court found him guilty of theft of property under N.D.C.C. § 12.1-23-02. Ruud argues there was insufficient evidence to sustain a conviction and the district court erred in admitting and considering hearsay testimony.
