Argenziano v. State
No. 20020101

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Frank P. Argenziano appealed a grant of summary judgment dismissing his breach of contract claim against the University of North Dakota. Upon a de novo review, and viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to Argenziano, we conclude he failed to produce any relevant evidence from the record illustrating a genuine issue for trial. We affirm the judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(1) and (6).
