Aaron Byrd and Eric Coombs (“Petitioners”) appeal from the trial court’s order affirming the Franklin County Board of Commissioners’ decision to deny Petitioners a special use permit for their shooting range on their property in Franklin County. Because of our decision in COA13-1457 reversing the superior court’s decision that required Petitioners dismiss Petitioners’ held to that apply appeal for Petitioners’ a special challenging the shooting use range permit, denial of we their application for a special use permit as moot.
