DECISION & ORDER
Appeals by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from two sentences of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Danny Chun, J., at pleas; Betty Williams, J., at sentences), both imposed June 14, 2016, upon his pleas of guilty, on the ground that the sentences were excessive.
ORDERED that the sentences are affirmed.
The sentences imposed, particularly the portions thereof imposing a fine in the amount of $1,000, were not excessive (see People v Suitte , 90 AD2d 80).
