Submitted: November 1, 2006 - Decided December 13, 2006

Before Judges Cuff and Baxter.

On appeal from the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division-Family Part, Essex County, Docket No. FM-07-24606-85.

Michael Bandler, appellant pro se.

Jane Bandler, respondent pro se.

PER CURIAM

In this post-judgment matrimonial matter, defendant Michael Bandler appeals from the October 7, 2005 Order that required plaintiff Jane Bandler to pay defendant $22,973.83 within seven days of the date of the order and denied defendant's requests for further offsets and interest due to the delay in payment by plaintiff to defendant. We have been informed that plaintiff has made the payment as required by the order and that defendant has accepted the payment.

The arguments presented by defendant lack sufficient merit to warrant discussion in a written opinion. R. 2:11-3(e)(2)(E). The October 7, 2005 Order is affirmed.

Affirmed.

Defendant agreed to waive oral argument, and the court agreed to allow defendant to submit a written summary of his intended oral argument. This document has been received and reviewed prior to issuance of this opinion.
