The Minnesota Board amendments be made of Law Examiners has recommended that certain to the Student Practice Rules to remove the requirement from Rules 1.02, 2.02, and 3 .02 that students certified under those rules attend a law school in Minnesota and considered to conform Rules 1.05,2.05, and 3.05 accordingly.
