STATE OF MINNESOTA IN SUPREME COURT CX-89-1863 and C4-94-1646 PROMULGATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE MINNESOTA GENERAL RULES OF PRACTICE FOR THE DISTRICT COURTS AND SPECIAL RULES OF PROCEDURE GOVERNING PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE MINNESOTA COMMITMENT AND TREATMENT ACT CORRECTION ORDER The order filed November 19, 2009, promulgating amendments to the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts and the Special Rules of Procedure Governing Proceedings under the Minnesota Commitment and Treatment Act contained typographical errors that require correction. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. Lines 120-121 of the order are corrected to read as follows: (b) Family court matters governed by Minn. Gen. R. Prac. 301 through 379; 2.
