Before: Murphy, P.J., and Young, Jr. and M. R. Smith*, JJ. MEMORANDUM. Defendant pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of personalty over $100, MCL 750.377a; MSA 28.609(1) (Docket No. 94-000849 FH), and to breaking and entering a building, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305 (Docket No. 94-000850 FH). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of five years’ probation, with the first year to be served in the county jail. Defendant subsequently pleaded guilty to violating the terms of his probation and received concurrent sentences of six to ten years’ imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm. Defendant has waived appellate consideration of his sentencing challenges by failing to provide this Court with a copy of his presentence investigation report. MCR 7.212(7); People v Rodriguez, 212 Mich App 351, 355; 538 NW2d 42 (1995). Even considered on its merits, defendant’s sentence reflects no error requiring resentencing. Affirmed. /s/ William B.
