MEMORANDUM.
Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the trial court’s order granting summary disposition in favor of
defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). We affirm.
Our review of this matter leads us to endorse and adopt as our own the trial court’s
comprehensive and well-reasoned ruling that was issued from the bench. We find no error as to fact or
law.
Affirmed. Defendant may tax costs.
