DANILSON, J.
Thomas Allen Jr., an at-will employee for the Des Moines Independent
Community School District, was terminated from his position as a fleet
management specialist in the transportation division in 2007.
Allen filed a
petition, claiming the employee handbook given to him by the District when he
was hired in 2003 constituted an implied contract. The district court granted
summary judgment in favor of the District.
Allen appeals.
After a thorough
review and consideration of the record, we conclude the district court’s ruling is
affirmed without opinion. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.1203(a), (d) (2009).
AFFIRMED.
