Upon review of the Opinion of the court filed on August 25, 2004, it appears that there is an error in the date of the third circuit court s order granting Plaintiff-Appellee s motion for summary judgment on page 14, Section VIII., of the opinion. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said opinion is corrected by striking 29" and inserting 20 on the first line in Section VIII. of the opinion so that the line reads: For the foregoing reasons, the court s May 20, 2003 The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
