NO. 23785 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF HAWAI#I _________________________________________________________________ CAMILLA MARIE ALULI, Petitioner-Appellant, vs. ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF THE COURTS, STATE OF HAWAI#I, Respondent-Appellee. _________________________________________________________________ APPEAL FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT (JR 00-0043; (Original No. 00-01843)) (By: ORDER Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, Ramil, and Acoba, JJ.) Upon consideration of Defendant-Appellant Camilla Marie Aluli s motion to dismiss her appeal, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that Appellant states in her declaration that: (1) she knows and understands she has a right to appeal from the decision and order affirming the administrative revocation of her driver s license; (2) she knows and understands that if the appeal is dismissed, the revocation of her driver s license will become final; and (3) after discussing the matter with her attorney, she wants to withdraw her appeal and have it dismissed. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed pursuant to HRAP Rule 42(b). DATED: Honolulu, Hawai#i, May 1, 2001.
