Third District Court of Appeal State of Florida Opinion filed July 22, 2020. Not final until disposition of timely filed motion for rehearing. ________________ No. 3D19-2081 Lower Tribunal No. 09-10502 ________________ Mary E. Foreman, Appellant, vs. Thomas James, Appellee. An Appeal from a non-final order from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Scott M. Bernstein, Judge. Nancy A. Hass, P.A., and Nancy A. Hass (Fort Lauderdale), for appellant. Thomas James, in proper person. Before EMAS, C.J., and FERNANDEZ and HENDON, JJ. PER CURIAM. Mary E. Foreman appeals from an order compelling her to pay $40,000 for the parties’ daughter to attend a workshop. In a related petition for writ of certiorari (3D19-1802), this Court granted Ms. Foreman’s petition and quashed the order requiring the parties’ daughter to attend the workshop. See Foreman v. James, 45 Fla. L. Weekly D1095 (Fla. 3d DCA May 6, 2020). As a result, the order requiring Ms. Foreman to pay $40,000 for the workshop is no longer enforceable. Accordingly, we remand this cause to the trial court with directions to vacate the order under review. Remanded with directions. 2
