Third District Court of Appeal State of Florida Opinion filed October 10, 2019. Not final until disposition of timely filed motion for rehearing. ________________ No. 3D19-78 Lower Tribunal No. 16-1705 ________________ David Solomon, Appellant, vs. Sofia Vasquez Solomon, Appellee. An appeal from a non-final order from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Valerie R. Manno Schurr, Judge. Sandy T. Fox, P.A., and Sandy T. Fox and Alisha B. Savani, for appellant. Cynthia J. Dienstag, P.A., and Cynthia J. Dienstag, for appellee. Before FERNANDEZ, HENDON, and MILLER, JJ. PER CURIAM. David Solomon, the husband, appeals an order taxing attorney’s fees and costs against Sofia Vasquez Solomon, the wife. As, following an evidentiary hearing, the lower tribunal properly considered “the need of the payee and the payor’s ability to pay,” Wolfe v. Wolfe, 864 So. 2d 1229, 1231 (Fla. 4th DCA 2004) (citing Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697, 699 (Fla. 1997)), along with other appropriate factors, the husband has failed to demonstrate the exercise of discretion was “arbitrary, fanciful, or unreasonable . . . [or that] no reasonable man [or woman] would take the view adopted by the trial court.” Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So. 2d 1197, 1203 (Fla. 1980) (citation omitted). Accordingly, we affirm the well-reasoned order under review. Affirmed. 2
