Ryan, Regional Counsel, and Richard G. Bartmon, Assistant Regional Counsel, Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, West Palm Beach, for appellant. DAMOORGIAN, CONNER and FORST, JJ., concur. * * * Not final until disposition of timely filed motion for rehearing.
