However, we remand for the correction of a scrivener s error. In case 09-1298, the appellant was convicted of armed robbery pursuant to section 812.13(2)(a), not section 812.135 as listed. In case 09-1299, the appellant was convicted of home invasion robbery, not armed robbery. AFFIRMED, but REMANDED with instructions to correct the scrivener s errors.
