We elect to treat appellee s motion to remand as a confession of error. The final order is hereby reversed and the cause is remanded to the lower tribunal to conduct further proceedings to determine whether the sanction imposed upon appellant was for a first or second non-compliance with the requirements of the Cash Assistance Program and the exact duration of the sanction. REVERSED and REMANDED BOOTH, BENTON and LEWIS, JJ., concur. 2
