See Garcia v. Navy Fed. Cred. Union, 224 So. 3d 339, 340–41 (Fla. 5th DCA 2017) (citing Bryant v. Wells Fargo Bank, 182 So. 3d 927, 928 (Fla. 3d DCA 2016)). AFFIRM in part; DISMISSED in part.
