IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA FIFTH DISTRICT JULY TERM 2006 F.T., FATHER OF S.T., R.T., AND A.T., CHILDREN, Appellant, v. Case No. 5D06-618 D.K. AND K.K., Appellees. ________________________________/ Opinion filed November 13, 2006 Appeal from the Circuit Court for Volusia County, S. James Foxman, Judge. Theresa Anderson of Abeles & Anderson, Debary, for Appellant. Rhoda B. Goodson and Kelly V. Parsons of Cobb & Cole, Daytona Beach, for Appellee. PALMER, J. F.T. (father) appeals the trial court s order terminating his parental rights to his three minor children. Our review of the record reveals support for the trial court s finding that clear and convincing evidence was submitted that F.T. failed to substantially comply for a period of twelve months with the case plan in effect at the time of the trial. Accordingly, we affirm the trial court s termination order. AFFIRMED. THOMPSON and LAWSON, JJ., concur.
