Where there was a legitimate dispute as to the ownership of the vehicle, the trial court had the inherent authority to grant an injunction so as to preserve the property until a final resolution of the case. McRae v. McRae, 52 So. 2d 908, 910 (Fla. 1951). AFFIRMED. PLEUS, C.J., LAWSON and EVANDER, JJ., concur.
