On October 8, 2020, I directed plaintiff Huguette Nicole Young to file a financial affidavit in support of her request to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee. On November 9, 2020, plaintiff submitted a motion for reconsideration of the October 5 order, indicating that she should not be forced to divulge private financial information. Dkt. 9. However, without a financial affidavit, I cannot determine whether plaintiff qualifies for indigent status. Therefore, plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration is denied. Plaintiff may have an extension of time until December 8, 2020, to submit a financial affidavit. ORDER IT IS ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration, dkt. 9, is DENIED.
