Civil Action No. 2:18-cv-01476 SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL JAIL, Defendant. ORDER This action was previously referred to Dwane L. Tinsley, United States Magistrate Judge, who has submitted his Proposed Findings and Recommendation pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B). The court has reviewed the Proposed Findings and Recommendation entered by the magistrate judge on September 2, 2021. The magistrate judge recommends that the court “dismiss this civil action, without prejudice, pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and to deny Plaintiff’s Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees and Costs.” ECF No. 5 at 6.
