Johnson, a Virginia inmate proceeding pro se and in ^orma. pauperis, filed this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action.i The matter is before the Court on Johnson's failure to serve Defendant Clary in a timely matter and the Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants Allen, Mathews, and Walker. For the reasons set forth below, the claims against Defendants Clary, Allen, Mathews, and Walker will be dismissed. I.
