MEMORANDUM OPINION This matter is before the Court on PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT (ECF No. 135) ("Motion for Final Approval"). The Plaintiffs request that the Court enter an order approving the proposed Settlement Agreement as set forth in the JOINT STIPULATION OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE (ECF No. 93-1) (the "Settlement Agreement") and the AMENDMENT TO THE JOINT STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE (ECF No. 102-2) (the "Amendments"). For the reasons set forth below, the Motion for Final Approval will be granted. The objections of individual class members and Class Counsel's Motion for Attorneys' Fees were addressed in separate Memorandum Opinions. See Mem. Op., ECF No. 215 (objections); Mem.
