At that time, the Court warned Plaintiffthat he must keepthe Court informed as to his current address if he was released or relocated. On June 6,2016, the United States Postal Service returned a May 26,2016 Memorandum Order to the Court marked, "RETURN TO SENDER," because Plaintiff apparently relocated. Since thatdate. Plaintiff has not contacted the Court to provide a current address. Plaintiffs failure to contact the Court and provide a current address indicates his lack ofinterest inprosecuting this action. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). Accordingly, the action will beDISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. An appropriate Order shall accompany this Memorandum Opinion. M.
