No. 118] and Chain Bridge's Motion for Summary Judgment against Third Party Defendant JPMorgan [Dkt. No. 122] will be GRANTED; Blue Flame's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [Dkt No. 127] and Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Authorities [Dkt. No. 170] and JPMorgan's Motion for Summary Judgment [Dkt. No. 112] will be DENIED; and Chain Bridge and JPMorgan will be directed to submit a briefing schedule regarding the amount of attorneys' fees and expenses to be awarded to Chain Bridge if they are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days.An Order reflecting these decisions will be issued with this Memorandum Opinion.
