FHFA is the Conservator of Freddie Mac and has regulatory and oversight authority over Freddie Mac, Upon consideration of the memoranda filed in support of and in opposition to the motions, the Court concludes that Plaintiffs' claims are barred by res judicata, and their Amended Complaint must be dismissed.
