MEMORANDUM OPINION This matter came before the Court on Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment(Dkt. 255).' The Court heard oral arguments on March 9,2018. See Dkt. 339. Having considered the pleadings, the oral arguments, and the evidence in the case, the Court concluded that summary judgment for Defendants was appropriate. In recognition of the pending trial date, the Court issued a short order to this effect on March 9,2018, with a memorandum opinion to follow. See Dkt. 338. Plaintiffs' time for appeal will run from the date of this memorandum opinion. 'Dkt. 255 is a motion from the following Defendants: United Supreme Council ofthe Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite for the 33 Degree of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction, Prince Hall Affiliated; Ralph Slaughter; Joseph Williams; and Michael Parris. Defendant Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Virginia Free and Accepted Masons and Defendant Roger Brown entered into a settlement agreement with Plaintiffs. See Dkt. 344.
