Plaintiffs failure to properly serve defendant is therefore moot.After revie wing each set of plaintiffs requests, the Court finds that defendants objections are appropriate. Further, defendants responses to plaintiffs discovery requests areadequate. Plaintiffs Motions are therefore DENIED. An appropriate order shall be issued.
