On July 12, 2021, under 28 U.S.C.S. § 1915(b)(1) (2021), the Court ordered Plaintiff to, within thirty days, pay an initial partial filing fee (IPFF) of $27.57. (ECF No. 5.) IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice. DATED this 18 day of November, 2021. BY THE COURT: DAVID NUFFER United States District Judge Dockets.Justia.com
