IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF UTAH CENTRAL DIVISION WELLS FARGO EQUIPMENT FINANCE, Plaintiff, MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER v. JAY D. STUBBS and TRAVIS S.
