Hill does not otherwise allege facts showing that he was arrested in violation of his constitutional rights. Accordingly, the Complaint will be dismissed for failure to state a claim. III. Conclusion and Order Based on the foregoing, the court ORDERS that Prisoner's Civil Rights Complaint (Docket Entry No. 1) is DISMISSED with prejudice -3- for plaintiff's failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
