Plaintiff may file a response by no later than 30 d ays from the date shown on the certificate of service attached to the motion for summary judgment. Finally, the Court notes that the United States Magistrate Judge dismissed Plaintiff's claims against Lubbock County Detention Center on July 14, 2020. (Dkt. No. 20 .) Thus, the Clerk is directed to change the caption of this case to Louis Gonzales v.
