Accepting well-pleaded facts as true and viewing them in the light most favorable to Plaintiff, the Court GRANTS Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint and Brief. Despite having an opportunity to amend his complaint once, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff leave to file a second amended complaint by 10/11/2021.
