The Court GRANTS Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint by 3/31/2021. Plaintiff's remaining state law claims are ABATED. If an amended complaint is not filed within such time, the case will be reopened and Plaintiff's Rehabilitation Act claim will be dismissed with prejudice and her remaining state law claims will be dismissed without prejudice.
