Court Description: Second Opinion and Order of Partial Dismissal Under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915A(B) and Under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B): It is ORDERED that all of Plaintiff's remaining claims against Eric Guerrero, Wallace Nelson, Timothy Hunter, Va nce Drum, Bill Pierce, Ronald Fox, and Adam Gonzales are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b)(1) and alternatively, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii). It is further ORDERED that all Plaintiff claims for compe nsatory damages, his claim under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794(a)), and his claim for relief under Texas Government Code § 493.006, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) and alternatively, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii).
