Court Description: Order Adopting Findings and Recommendations re: 20 Findings and Recommendations on re: 1 Complaint, filed by Mitchell Wagner. Plaintiff's federal claims are dismissed with prejudice as frivolous. To the extent plaintiff has stated any state law claims under the TRFRA, this Court decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction because the federal claims are dismissed.
