Court Description: Memorandum Opinion and Order. The court finds that the Commissioner's decision is not supported by substantial evidence in the record and should be reversed, that evidence of record demonstrates that Plaintiff is disabled under Section 12.05 C of the Listing of Impairments, that Plaintiff is entitled to an award of supplemental security income benefits, and that judgment should be entered in favor of the Plaintiff. IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED that the decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED and REMANDED pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 USC 405(g) for further proceedings consistent therewith.
